A transition to alternative-protein production presents a huge opportunity for farmers at a time when climate change is becoming a major threat to traditional farming livelihoods. Our report aims to amplify the voices of farmers and empower farmer-led solutions for a better future. We conducted detailed interviews with 20 national and international farming organisations that collectively represent 300,000 farmers, mainly in Europe and the US.
